  • This is perfect if you know where you’d like to stay or which cruise you’d like to take and would like an elevated experience. When you book with Samantha Robinson Travel, you unlock exclusive VIP benefits and perks.

    • Booking coordination on your behalf

    • Confirmation and management of payment dates (i.e., for cruises)

Our Process

From Idea to Itinerary

Step 1: Intake and Exploration

  • Share your vision: Start by sharing your travel vision - complete the intake form that will capture key details of your trip and receive a link to schedule your complimentary discovery call

  • Complimentary discovery call: The discovery call is an opportunity for us to learn more about your travel plans and ideas and also your travel style and personality, so that we can be best prepared to match trip experiences to your preferences. This also provides time to learn more about the planning process and next steps

  • Overview of plan and decision to proceed: Receive an overview of travel and planning services discussed and agree to move forward to plan your trip together (sign terms and conditions and send deposit for 50% of anticipated planning fees)

Step 2: Travel Research and Design

  • Research and curation: Working with our vetted partners and expert destination management companies, we research and curate options that will best fit your priorities for your trip and personal travel style.

  • Proposal and feedback: You’ll receive an initial proposal with curated options and based on your feedback, we’ll confirm the overall itinerary.

  • Bookings and VIP treatment: From there, we will seamlessly coordinate all of the components and make the bookings.

Step 3: Departure and Support

  • Receive final documentation: All trip components and confirmations are provided via smartphone app so the details are all in one convenient location.

  • Final preparations and support: We will schedule a pre-departure call to review all the details and discuss any questions. Bon Voyage!
